The Global Travel & Tourism Partnership (GTTP) is a global charitable education initiative that equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and realworld experience needed for careers in travel and tourism, engaging schools, teachers, and industry partners across multiple countries. As a partner of the Global Resilience Network, GTTP contributes by fostering future talent, global awareness, and sustainable tourism understanding among the next generation of industry professionals — strengthening resilience through education, crosssector collaboration, and workforce readiness.
ITB (Internationale Tourismus-Börse)
ITB’s role as a global convenor makes it a powerful partner for resilience work. It regularly highlights sustainability, social responsibility, and inclusive tourism in its programs and panels — key elements of building destination and industry resilience in the face of climate change, economic uncertainty, and shifting traveller expectations.
Through its conventions and thematic tracks, ITB fosters dialogue and knowledge exchange on sustainable practices, risk management, innovation, and adaptive strategies across the tourism ecosystem. This aligns with the Global Resilience mission to strengthen preparedness, collaboration, and longterm adaptability worldwide.
World Travel Market (WTM London)
WTM London is a leading global travel industry event, connecting destinations, brands, and professionals to share insights, explore trends, and drive innovation. As a partner of the Global Resilience Network, WTM supports the development and exchange of best practices, risk management strategies, and sustainable tourism initiatives, helping the travel sector strengthen resilience and adapt to global challenges.

The World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism) is the United Nations specialized agency for responsible, sustainable and universally accessible tourism. In collaboration with its 160 Member States, 6 Associate Members and over 500 Affiliate Members, UN Tourism works to position tourism as a key driver of economic growth, inclusive development and environmental sustainability.
The Organization promotes the inclusion of tourism in national and global agendas, advocating for its potential to reduce poverty, generate employment, foster innovation and contribute to the achievement of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The World Travel & Tourism Council is the global authority on the economic and social contribution of Travel & Tourism.

Council Members are the Chairs, Presidents and Chief Executives of the world’s leading private sector Travel & Tourism businesses.
